Our Distribution Excellence Aftersales team is currently looking for a talented Regional Aftersales Manager for Barbados who is the single point of contact for dealers and OEMs and required to achieve annual objectives as set by the Head of Distribution Excellence.  The primary objective of this role is to ensure the requirements of both dealer and OEM are met and that we deliver an exceptional experience.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

 

  • Through customer relationship management (CRM), track, monitor, assign and report on all incoming queries and ensure that they are resolved as promptly as possible within the targeted time frame.
  • Forecast and achieve annual financial budgets and develop strategic plans for improving the aftersales support in the region.
  • Periodically review and adjust dealer parts pricing with an objective to maintain a competitive position against competing brands while achieving financial targets.
  • Understand and maintain good working knowledge of OEM systems as well as ICI internal operating systems.
  • Meet with dealers periodically to discuss all aftersales related topics and utilise support divisions to ensure the highest level of service is maintained.
  • Travel throughout the ICI dealer network.

 

We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:

 

  • BSc. in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent customer service skills and proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent financial skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and customer experience management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
