Our Commercial team is currently looking for a talented Sales Coordinator for Barbados who will work closely with the Sales Department and is responsible for ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction.  He/she ensures a good relationship with the Suppliers and Dealers is maintained.

 

  

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

 

  • Ensures that dealers orders are receied prior to the agreed deadline set by management, and that reminders and follow ups are carried out in a timely mangger and on a regular basis.
  • Enters vehicle orders to ICI and manufacturer system using the required format.
  • Keeps all order forms up to date when changes are made i.e. codes, colours etc. and send to dealers by email or fax.
  • Tracks progress of all orders and ensure that dealers are updated regularly until the complete order has been received by the dealer.
  • Communicates shipping information to dealers within a reasonable timeframe specified by management.
  • Generates customer invoices and all other shipping documents and provides to customers within a reasonable timeframe specified by management.
  • Responsible for the registration of vehicle sales in the system and for ensuring accuracy and completeness of the customer information being entered.
  • Updates the Warranty program file and ensures dealers are invoiced.
  • Gathers and supplies information and generates reports for review by management and for submission to dealers and suppliers.
  • Updates the pricing to the dealers and issues new pricelist.

 

 

We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, or a related field

  • Previous experience in distribution an asset

  • Experience with SAP an asset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

  • Computer literacy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to travel within the ICI Dealer network as required
