Our Sales team is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Barbados.
What you'll do:
• Collect, collate, and report on regional market statistics.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management, dealer visits, manufacturers, and financial meetings.
• Support dealers with stock management activities, including sales analysis and order forecasting.
• Maintain and update the forecasting tool with dealer sales forecasts on a monthly basis or as required.
• Prepare and distribute official correspondence to manufacturers and dealers on a variety of business matters.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of updated price lists and accurate order forms.
• Coordinate the printing, ordering, and distribution of warranty booklets across the dealer network.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications to support accurate model setup and administration.
• Manage dealer sales registrations and extended warranty invoicing processes.
• Coordinate licensing requirements and processes for the French markets.
• Administer manufacturer and ICI programs and special promotions, ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted on time.
• Monitor the Customer Experience (CX) program to support continuous improvement across the dealer network.
• Coordinate and support dealer conferences, meetings, and other network events as required.
• Perform other reasonable and related duties as required.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be:
• Qualified with a BSc or BA degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bringing a minimum of 2 years' experience in a support or analytical role.
• Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrating experience in managing and maintaining CRM systems and sales databases.
• Possessing strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
