Our Aftersales Team is currently looking for a talented Servive Advisor/Estimator to is to appraise vehicle damage accurately to determine the cost of repairs for both cash customers and insurance claim settlements. In addition, the role supports customer satisfaction and retention by efficiently managing estimate preparation, parts order tracking, and timely communication. By ensuring clear and consistent updates throughout the repair process, this position plays a vital role in upholding the Bodyshop’s commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Prepare quotations and estimates within the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
- Assist in scheduling body shop appointments, obtaining customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible
- Greet customers courteously, collect accurate vehicle details, and document their concerns on the repair order.
- Ensure estimates are complete, outlining labour, materials, parts, shipping methods, and project scope clearly.
- Obtain customer/insurance authorization and confirm payment method or credit approval before repairs.
- Create and manage scheduling orders in the DMS, track out-of-stock parts, and coordinate with the Parts Department.
- Submit service orders to the Foreman/Dispatcher and collaborate to ensure quality repairs and on-time completion.
- Act as project owner when assigned—monitor daily repair progress, coordinate with Foreman/Quality Controller, and ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for delivery.
- Provide proactive updates to customers/insurers on progress, delays, or cost changes; secure authorization for deviations
- Clearly explain completed work and final charges to customers before delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and maintain clear, professional communication throughout.
- Assist with reviewing projects with invoice clerk/admin to ensure invoices match quotations, and support invoicing when required.
- Report weekly to the Service Excellence Lead with updates on WIP, open service orders, and issues encountered.
- Maintain professionalism, uphold health & safety standards, and keep work areas clean and organized.
We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 3 CXCs which must include Math and English
- 1 year customer service experience required
- Strong knowledge of vehicle autobody repairs and automotive repair technology.
- Previous auto body/collision repair industry experience would be an asset.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Holds the appropriate valid driver’s license(s).
