Our Automotive Service Team is currently looking for a talented Service Excellence Assocate for Barbados to enhance the customers’ positive service experience by driving them to or picking them up from their homes or offices while service is being performed on their vehicles and to perform all other drivers’ services required.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
- Creates repair orders by entering all relevant information on repairs needed.
- Provides a complete and accurate estimate for labour and parts
- Liaises with key stakeholders to obtain accurate updates of all jobs, and provides the customer with timely updates of all work-in-progress, while continuously managing expectations relating to completion timeframes
- Advises customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining them in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
- Receives customers and guides them through the invoicing and payment process
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards
- Answers telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:
- At least five (5) CSEC level passes including Mathematics and English
- Previous experience in a similar capacity
- Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
- Detail oriented with a passion for customer service and customer satisfaction
- Experience within an automotive industry would be an asset
- A valid drivers’ license
