Our Automotive Workshop is currently looking for talented Technicians for Barbados responsible for performing diagnosis, repairs, maintenance and installation work to vehicles ensuring adherence to standards, policies and procedures and providing exceptional customer satisfaction.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Diagnose cause of most malfunctions and perform repair.
  • Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
  • Ensure strict quality and operational standards are adhered to, with a focus on safety, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure productivity and efficiency targets are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.

 

We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:

  • Advanced Diploma in Automotive Engineering an asset or other related qualifications
  • 3+ years’ demonstrated experience in the automotive industry in a similar capacity
  • Previous experience of working to efficiency targets
  • Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
  • A passion for customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Great team player with good communication skills
  • Capable of working to the highest quality standards
  • A valid drivers’ license
