What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join the AutoNexus team at Eagle Farm, dedicated in delivering top-notch support and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Customer Service: Be the first point of contact, handle enquiries, and ensure customer and dealer satisfaction.
  • Administration: Manage invoicing, reports, parts ordering, and vehicle status updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our fleet, production, and account teams, assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • Health & Safety: Maintain a safe work environment, following all safety procedures and actively participating in HSE improvements.

 

About You

To be successful you must possess the following:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • SAP experience
