Apprentice Parts Interpreter 1st Year

Are you passionate about cars and eager to learn the ins and outs of the automotive industry? Begin your journey as Apprentice Parts Interpreter and develop the skills to become an expert in automotive parts and customer service.

This is a full-time role based in Keystar Morayfield. You will be working alongside experienced team members to develop your skills in automotive parts interpretation, ordering, and customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Learning to identify and locate automotive parts and accessories

• Assisting with processing customer orders and inquiries

• Organising and maintaining the parts inventory

• Delivering parts to the workshop and customers as needed

• Developing your product knowledge and technical skills

• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients

What we're looking for

• A strong interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learn

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service

• A valid driver's licence
