About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the workshop daily, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure tools and materials are stored correctly.
• Complete service logbooks, move customer vehicles as directed, perform basic mechanical tasks, and participate in road tests under supervision.
• Attend all required training sessions, arrive on time, and complete theoretical and practical assessments through the training body.
• Assist with customer pick-up and drop-off, build strong customer relationships, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensure legal compliance, and maintain accurate and complete documentation.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements, including using PPE, reporting hazards, and ensuring tools and equipment are in safe condition.

About you:

• Experience working in a team environment is essential, with previous automotive work experience considered desirable.
• A full driver’s licence with a sound driving record is required; holding or being willing to obtain a manual licence and having a minimum school certificate are desirable.
• Must demonstrate core competencies including accountability, good numeracy, and effective communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to meet both the essential and desirable requirements contribute to overall role performance.
