As an Assistant Sales Manager, you'll be a pivotal force in our sales team's success. If you embody leadership, motivation, and a passion for sales, you could be the perfect fit.

We are on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join the team at Rothwell. 

• Creating excitement and passion around our products
• Achieve or exceed personal & team sales volume targets set on a monthly basis
• Uncovering customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs.
• Providing exceptional product and service knowledge to our customers
• Understanding and performing the other roles within the dealership such as valuating trade ins, introducing customers to our finance, insurance and aftermarket teams, leading the sales team when required.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brands, products and services and our competitive products

About you

To be successful, you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
• Ability to meet required targets and have a driven nature and work in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills in face to face sales
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Current Drivers Licence
• You will be highly organised and able to implement procedures in line with company guidelines
