What is the opportunity?
This role will be responsible for executing a timely and efficient delivery process to our retail and fleet customers as well as the execution of a seamless and compliant fleet management process.
Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure consistent and accurate delivery schedule for each site
- Process all payment and invoicing are completed with a high attention to detail
- Process Purchase orders
- Deliveries are booked in a timely manner
- Assisting with vehicle registration, documentation, and accessories
- Working closely with sales, service, and pre-delivery teams to ensure a smooth process
- Manage all enquiries efficiently with professionalism and escalate any issues that may arise with the Delivery Manager
What we are looking for?
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A professional, organised and detail-focused mindset
- Confidence in explaining vehicle features and technology (training provided)
- A current and valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or automotive role is an advantage
- A passion for the automotive industry and creating positive experiences
