What’s the opportunity?

An opportunity now exists for a qualified Diagnostic Technician to join our team at Keystar Kippa - Ring

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality workmanship for the servicing of

vehicles within a timely manner. You will also deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction, ensuring Keystar is the most customer centric automotive retailer in Australia.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

• Diagnose and fix any technical problems with the vehicles
• General servicing and maintenance of vehicles
• Identifying and repairing technical issues
• Identifying additional work as required
• Correctly completing all work as per Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Inchcape Automotive Retail standards
• Ensure all quality and safety checks are completed on the vehicle prior to end of job road testing
• Road testing vehicles
• Completing quality and timely work to meet Customer needs as per Repair Order instructions
• Conducting quality checks on all work
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required, such as part pick up, customer pick up and drop off, cleaning

About you:

• Experience in the brand is preferable
• Previous experience in an automotive technician position
• A current driver's licence
• Qualified technician
• Be passionate about the brand
• Ability to work in a busy service centre
• Be reliable and have a good work ethic
• Have good eye for detail
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent organisational skills
