Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking Fleet and Corporate Consultants to join our dynamic team at KEYSTAR - Rothwell. As Fleet and Corporate Consultants, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and managing fleet sales.

 

What’s the opportunity?

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and driven Fleet & Corporate Sales Consultant to join the team in Rothwell.

 

This role will be primarily accountable for attaining and exceeding targets for the sale of nominated vehicle brands as lead, as well as all other brands in a non-lead perspective to new/ conquest medium and large businesses, across three pillars:

 

  • Direct to Medium and Large businesses
  • Via Corporate Partner programs to medium and large businesses
  • Via Fleet Leasing/ Fleet management organization providers to medium and large businesses

 

Secondary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting existing clients
  • Being accountable for attaining and exceeding targets for the sale of vehicles to new/ conquest federal/state government agencies.

 

Time will be allocated:

  • Acquiring new business – 80%, Customer retention – 15% and Operations/reporting – 5%

 

Drive Business Growth:

  • Prospect and secure new fleet customers
  • Grow and retain existing customer relationships.
  • Where allowed by FMO’s ensure that aftermarket and aftersales bundles are included within deals

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and develop new corporate clients and fleet accounts.
  • Understand the unique needs of corporate clients and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and assist clients in selecting the right vehicles for their fleet.
  • Create and present sales proposals and quotes to potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Has proven sales experience.
  • Have a positive attitude and strong customer service ethics.
  • Has excellent attention to detail.
  • Has a current driver’s licence and sales licence.
  • Has experience in a similar role.
  • Has the ability to work autonomously.
  • Is reliable and have a good work ethic.
