Foreman

Keystar Autoworld located at Morayfield, are looking for an experienced and dedicated Foreman with a passion for automotive, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction to join our Service Centre.

As our Foreman, you will play a crucial role in leading our service team, ensuring the highest quality of automotive maintenance and repair services for our valued customers.
 

The role:
 

• Supervise, manage and lead the service team, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality service, and efficient operations with a “First Time Fix” service culture.
• Providing technical expertise to diagnose complex issues, provide technical guidance to technicians, and ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
• Ensure positive Customer interactions, address their concerns, and provide expert advice on necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards, ensuring all repairs and services meet Subaru's specifications and exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct training and development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of your service technician team, keeping up-to-date with the latest Subaru technologies and service techniques.

You will have:  

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Technician in a Service centre.
• Demonstrated Leadership Skills, mentoring, and team management.
• Technical Proficiency and indepth knowledge, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Demonostrated problem-solving skills to address complex automotive issues effectively.
• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
