What’s the opportunity?

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager Sales who has the skill in achieving a balance between sales and exceptional customer service with the ability to make a difference and share our vision of future growth and development.

Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Achieve targets and profitability, ensuring that your teams sales performance is rated in the top 10 performers for the brand/s by all key sales metrics
• Manage, develop and nurture a productive and high-performing culture through effective teamwork and personal accountability
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction as reflected in customer feedback and reputation scores
• Ensure the teams across all sites and brand are engaged, motivated and supported to achieve the business plan targets

Who are we looking for?

The right person will possess an eye for detail & a focus on customer service together with the following:

• Experience in a similar role
• A full drivers licence and a sound driving record
• Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the competitive consumer landscape
• Experience in managing and leading high performing sales teams
• Ability to influence and also to learn from others
