Our highly successful Keystar team located at Morayfield has an opportunity for a superstar Service Advisor who is passionate about vehicles and providing exceptional customer service through understanding the needs of our customers and making a difference, to join the team! 
 

The opportunity:  
 

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. Your role will involve:
 

• Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally.
• Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues.
• Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
• Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders.
• Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
