Our 4 dealerships located in North Brisbane are high performing sites which have shown impressive growth. We are currently seeking a Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician to joint our Morayfield dealership.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

Efficiently Service and Repair of Motor vehicles with a FRFT focus.

Reporting all necessary work, service or repairs information using in-house database systems, whilst following Manufacturer policies and procedures.

Providing guidance and training to apprentices and other service technicians

Attend Manufacturer and or in-house training

Maintaining an up to date knowledge of all mechanical issues and changes relating to dealer product range

Maintaining a safe working environment through ensuring the correct operation of all tools and specialized equipment

Test driving and conducting final assessments prior to the delivery or return of vehicles to customers

Providing high level customer service to the dealerships customers

Qualifications, Skills and experience required

Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

Current “C” class manual drivers license

Current RWC license would be advantageous, or willing to obtain

Current A/c License would be advantageous, or willing to obtain

Customer Service focused

Reading, writing and Computer Literacy is a must.

Understanding of Diagnostic Procedures

Clear and precise communication both Internally within our business and externally to our brand partners and customers.
