We are looking for a Trainee Business Manager based at Subaru Melbourne to join our Finance & Insurance team. You will join our cadet program which will help you focusing on your skills and training with our team. Once completed your training you will progress into a Business Manager role in one of our dealerships where you will work to create an exceptional customer experience for each of the many customers you will interact with.

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Have the ability to deliver great customer experience in a fast paced active environment
• Be results driven attitude with a strong team ethic
• Be invigorated and driven by individual and team achievement of success
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face to face and phone environment
• Have a current VIC driver's licence
• Be flexible and be able to work weekends.
• Ideally have a Finance background
• Have Sales experience
• Have exposure to a retail environment
• Enjoys working in a retail environment
