Our Logistics Team is currently looking for a talented Logistics & Trade Compliance Coordinator to be responsible for executing daily logistics and FTZ operations, ensuring accurate data entry, and assisting with documentation processing. This role supports the Logistics & Trade Compliance Lead in maintaining compliance and facilitating the smooth movement of goods through the supply chain.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Enter and update IPR orders in ERP for Marine & Motorcycles.
• Ensure accurate data input in IPR ERP and verify correct metric fields.
• Track domestic cargo shipments and update relevant stakeholders.
• Provide shipping documents to brokers for Marine and Parts segments.
• Prepare and submit daily FTZ admissions (E214).
• Generate and submit weekly CF3461 and CF7501 for Spare Parts and Marine.
• Process SURI declarations and Levanta authorizations.
• Maintain FTZ records and ensure all required documentation is available for CBP audits.
• Request and submit documents for freight payment and port fees.
• Generate invoices and validate supplier account balances.
• Perform monthly reconciliation in SURI.
• Assist the Logistics & Trade Compliance Lead in monitoring supplier performance reports and KPIs.
• Work with customs brokers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate compliance.
• Keep records of personnel changes within the FTZ area and notify US Customs.

We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or trade compliance.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, data entry, or administrative support.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, FTZ operations, and trade compliance is a plus.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
