ΤOYOTA Hellas is currently seeking a skilled District Manager to join a dynamic team.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Assess Sales and Aftersales performance for the authorised dealers network in the area of responsibility based on set KPIs
  • Proposes actions to improve sales and aftersales performance in the area of responsibility aiming to achieve set targets 
  • Ensures adherance to the Operating Standards and Brand Guidelines in the area of responsibility, resulting to customer experience
  • Supports authorised dealers in the area of responsibility on training and upskilling actions to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Collects and analyzes data regarding Toyota customers, local competition and sales dynamics in the area of responsibility to support corporate decisions and annual planning
  • Builds strong relationships with the authorised network and supports them in business planning and implementation

  • Builds management reports to assess business viability and propose targeted actions 

 

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales positions, of which at least 4 in similar positions, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Fluent in English language
  • Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools and advanced digital skills
  • Ability to coach and motivate teams
  • Interpersonal communication and relationship management skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • High numerical ability & commercial acumen to drive business decisions
  • Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills
  • Strong commitment to targets
