British Providence, member of Toyota Hellas group, is seeking for a Financing & Insurance District Manager.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Consults Toyota Polis and British Providence network in all locations aiming to drive robust business results and safeguard continuous improvement of the services provided by Insurance Agents, according to sales plans, set targets and commercial policies
  • Assesses Insurance Agents’ performance and works with them to identify gaps and take on corrective actions plans
  • Coaches Sales Consultants to continuously optimize customer experience and improve sales efficiency and productivity through insurance leads and financing proposals
  • Reassesses and redesigns the customer journey at Polis’ dealerships to integrate digital solutions
  • Develops and implements effective training plans, based on identified needs, to ensure quality and efficiency of the service provided
  • Analyzes market data and translates them into actionable plans for the area of responsibility

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant role
  • Fluent in English language
  • Advanced numerical skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with systems & tools
  • Ability to coach and motivate teams
  • Interpersonal communication and relationship management skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • High numerical ability & commercial acumen to drive business decisions
  • Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills
  • Strong commitment to targets
