British Providence is seeking for a Sales Manager.

 

Key responsibilities:

Manage performance to achieve Key targets and deliver continuous improvement

  • Leads TOYOTA & British Providence’s network to drive robust business results and safeguard continuous improvement of the services provided by retailers’ Sales Consultants and Insurance Agents, according to sales plans, preset targets and commercial policies
  • Cascades F&I long- and short-term business plans and reward policies for direct and indirect sales channels
  • Assesses network performance, identifies improvement areas and consults on corrective actions plans

 

Manage strategic partners, optimize processes and identify opportunities

  • Secures and expands business relationships with strategic partners for Financing and Insurance products
  • Addresses and solves efficiently problems that may arise during the selling process of product and services with our partners’ account managers
  • Analyzes market data and competition to create actionable plans and identify development opportunities for new product, services and network
  • Develops and implements effective training plans, based on identified needs, to ensure quality and efficiency of the services provided
  • Coordinates with business operations to reassess and redesign selling processes aiming to enhance customer experience and satisfaction

 

Manage and develop teams

  • Coaches District Managers to continuously optimize customer experience and improve sales efficiency and productivity
  • Co-ordinate and develop the team, provide leadership and motivation in order that performance is kept at the highest level

 

Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc/MBA in Business Administration/Finance or similar
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role in insurance or finance
  • Commercial acumen and agility
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Ability to influence and motivate others
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Customer focus
  • People management skills
  • Fresh thinking
  • Advanced digital skills
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Fluent in English language
