Toyota Hellas is seeking for an experienced Social Media & Brand Manager, who will contribute in empowering Toyota and Lexus to achieve their business goals and audience needs through meaningful and engaging content.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals. Monitoring, executing, filtering, and measuring the social media presence of Toyota and Lexus.
  • Creating and maintaining brand promotions, company information, and marketing campaigns for both brands across several social media networks.
  • Define, drive and measure across efficiency, quality, and effectiveness a digital first specific creative & content strategy across earned, owned, and paid channels, incl. SEO & eCom.
  • Coordinate with the advertisement agency to realize communication strategy end to end.
  • Localise brand campaign platform content to executional creative & content originated assets.
  • Define data driven creative & content personalization approach, based on audience segments, personas, on-site performance, conversion goals etc
  • In collaboration with product managers, input in the content part of integrated campaign briefs and ensures that all key elements are included for agencies to deliver best-in-class solution.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like product, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven working experience in social media and Content roles.
  • Hands on experience in content management and excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Solid analytical and numerical skills; ability to combine various inputs and make fast decisions.
  • Teamwork, presentation, project management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams including Marketing disciplines and vendors/consultants.
  • Working experience in an agency will be considered as plus.
  • Fluent in English.
