The Role

As a Fleet Driver you will deliver an incredible customer service experience to all you meet, whether internal or external customers. Our Drivers are our Brand Ambassadors, reflecting the brand image and standards in everything they do. The main function of this role is the inspection and deliver of our Fleet Vehicles across the UK.

It is of vital importance to our Service Level Agreement and future success of our Fleet Department that we are completely compliant with all MoDel (Online Delivery) application and processes.

Adhering to Inchcape’s commitments with our Funding partners, whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Full quality inspection of vehicles before leaving site
• Liaising directly with customers on ETA and any delays through the journey.
• You must be smartly dressed
• Adhere to the Service level agreements of Inchcape and their Partners.
• Delivery of vehicles throughout the UK and occasionally Northern Ireland (Costs will be reimbursed with receipts)
• Use of Public Transport to get to and from destinations (Costs will be reimbursed with receipts)
• Ensuring vehicles are of an excellent condition an arrival with the customer.
• Learning of Product knowledge is essential – the media functions and safety controls are essential.
• Full cooperation and communication with our Deliveries Team
