Commercial Finance Manager – CARCAM

Our Finance Team in Panama is seeking for a Commercial Finance Manager for the Caribbean and Central America (CARCAM) markets, in this role you will be a finance business partner to the commercial & operations directors, focusing on Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) and Cost & Capabilities (C&C) to drive RTM efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will encompass both forward thinking analysis; in charge of forecasting accuracy and insights, as well as performance management where a review of actual performance vs plan is done to gather insights and communicate to leadership.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Performance Management:
• All aspects of the role will require FP&A performance management where the incumbent leads P&L and BS forecasting and then being able to provide insights to the business to align on how each period delivered vs said plan.
Revenue Growth Management:
• Own the cluster’s rolling forecasting and producing timely, insightful and forward-looking financial analysis.
• Creates robust financial models to support the strategic financial planning work and long-term forecasting.
• Create mechanisms that allow for improved analytics regarding the drivers of Revenue. Raise awareness on the impact of volume, price and mix [value bridges].
Supply Chain Optimisation
• Lead projects related to COGS efficiency at brand level.
• Own the region’s rolling forecasting and producing timely, insightful and forward-looking financial analysis around direct cost and production overheads.
• Creates robust financial models to support the strategic financial planning work and long-term forecasting.
Cost & Capabilities
• Coordinate the forecasting of overheads for all above market submissions
• Own the review of Ovh. Variance analysis and MEC reporting.
• Working Capital reporting and performance management: drive and challenge the relevant stakeholders to optimise WC to review targets

We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial in roles such as FP&A or Commercial Finance with a proven track record of success in a multi-country context.
• Strong understanding of international accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced knowledge of financial software and ERP systems.
• Advanced English both written and spoken.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
