About the role
Help Inchcape become a truly customer-centric organization by surfacing and analyzing data and research related to our owners, customers, categories, and markets. As the central source for consumer and customer insights, you'll support marketing and other business units to make insight-driven decisions that drive growth.
Further to the above your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Insight Development & Reporting: Collate and maintain internal, market, and bespoke research data. Deliver actionable insights to support marketing, product planning, and other departments.
- Strategic Planning Support: Provide data analysis to guide strategic initiatives, track performance, and inform decision-making.
- Reputation Platform Management: Help manage the Reputation platform and provide reporting on customer experience metrics (NPS, NVBS, CRT).
- Project Management: Support the Strategic Programs team to ensure timely delivery of key projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Centralized Marketing, Business Intelligence, Sales & Aftersales, and Ownership Experience to integrate research insights into business strategies.
- Measurement & Evaluation: Track results against campaign objectives and contribute to performance reports.

- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
- Strong people skills
