Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for end users – both remote and on-site
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Application support – troubleshooting and user assistance
  • Document incidents and actions in ITSM tools
  • Install, update, and manage the lifecycle of end-user devices
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry standards (ITSM, NIST, ITGC)
  • Collaborate with technical teams and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Build strong internal user relationships and deliver high-quality support

Requirements:

  • Communicative level of English
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • General understanding of networking, Active Directory, and end-user device management
  • Troubleshooting skills for technical issues
  • Experience with ITSM tools and remote support solutions
  • Strong soft skills and effective communication
  • Independence and accountability
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise
