ERP Programme Manager

We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of major ERP and Finance Systems projects across Europe and Africa. This is a strategic global role at the heart of our transformation journey, where you'll be overseeing a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing stakeholder expectations across regions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a portfolio of ERP and Finance System projects, with a strong focus on SAP.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensuring project governance and high-quality delivery standards are met across all initiatives.
• Acting as the key escalation point for project managers, helping to resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Developing strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
• Reporting and communicating project performance to senior leadership in a timely and effective manner.

 What You’ll Bring:

• Proven track record in global IT finance systems programme management, ideally across Europe and Africa.
• Strong SAP experience across multiple modules; SAP Activate methodology knowledge is a plus.
• Expertise in project governance, risk management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Fluent in business-level English; other language skills are a bonus.
