About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead ERP, Finance Systems, and DMS projects across Europe and Africa. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with business goals. You will work closely with stakeholders across regions, managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and resources to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
  
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  
• Lead regular project tracking meetings to monitor progress, capture actions, and maintain a backlog of activities.
  
• Manage stakeholder communications and reporting to ensure timely and effective updates.
  
• Oversee change control processes for any amendments to project scope.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience managing global IT Finance Systems projects.
  
• Strong background in SAP Project Management across multiple modules (preferred).
  
• Familiarity with project methodologies such as SAP Activate, with a track record of applying them at scale.
  
• Expertise in stakeholder management, change management, governance, and reporting.
  
• Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations.
