About the job:
As brand guardian, lead Subaru’s master brand and model marketing. Drive emotional connection and brand growth through creative campaigns, digital execution, product launches, sponsorships, and insights—ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact across all channels, customer touchpoints, and stakeholder collaborations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead brand and model campaigns across omni-channel platforms, ensuring creative alignment and customer journey integration.
- Manage product launches, including messaging, imagery, POS material, and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
- Support product planning, pricing, and positioning with insights and stakeholder education.
- Oversee campaign performance, reporting on brand metrics, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Manage budgets and agencies, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
About you:
- Proven ability to manage large brands, product portfolios, sponsorships, and agency relationships with strategic thinking and executional excellence.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Solid digital marketing capability, including campaign planning, CRM, and content creation across multiple platforms.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field, with strong business acumen, leadership, and a customer-centric, collaborative approach.
