About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Subaru's national marketing campaigns and ownership initiatives across Owned, Paid, Earned, and Shared media. As the “brand guardian,” you will maintain Subaru’s brand integrity and lead the charge in creating lasting connections with our audience to drive brand loyalty, consideration, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee national campaigns across digital, in-store, and traditional media channels, creating comprehensive customer journey plans for brand and model promotions.
- Coordinate with media, digital, and customer experience teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and effective across channels.
- Own website management and digital content, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimized SEO.
- Develop and uphold Subaru’s brand guidelines, educating teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Oversee launch marketing efforts, including creative asset development, events, and PR initiatives.
- Conduct competitor and customer insights analysis to refine Subaru’s positioning and strategy.
- Manage the marketing budget and oversee relationships with creative, media, and development partners to maximize campaign impact.
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, preferably with experience managing large brands or product portfolios.
- Strong project management, verbal/written communication, digital strategy, and budget management skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing, CRM integration, and web strategy.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
- Passionate about creating meaningful consumer experiences that drive engagement and loyalty.
