Our Inventory Parts Department is seeking a Dealer Support to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. In this position, you will assist the inventory team, achieve best practice development in forecasting, procurement, inventory control, supplier and customer relationship management to meet our Customer’s Service Level requirements. To effectively support the parts operations team to coordinate and resolve all customer incidents and disputes. To identify opportunities within our operations which will improve our service delivery to our customer’s Dealers and drive change management to achieve these benefits optimize performance, and drive business growth.
What you’ll do
- Add value to our Brand Partners by being the primary point of contact for Parts customers for parts enquiries, customer complaints and any other miscellaneous enquiries.
- Assist Dealers with parts interpretation, technical parts enquiries, order assistance, parts ETA, order cancellation, EPC and Dealer Portal assistance and ad-hoc enquiries or requirements.
- Ensuring customer data is maintained in line with the Brand Partners database.
- Represent Autonexus and liaise with our Brand Partners and freight providers and openly report and discuss current trends, identify problem areas that require action and update all departments on AIMS and freight performance.
- Administer ad-hoc Sales Order, VOR and Credit Order entry, maintenance and/or approvals on behalf of our Brand Partner.
- Assisting our Brand Partners with technical input towards parts catalogues as well as various parts master data requirements, such as supersession maintenance, pricing, parts activation, parts applicability to market etc.
About you to be successful in this role you will be:
- Previous experience in Dealer Support and understanding of parts interpretation.
- Team player.
- Customer Support oriented.
- People management experience.
- Intermediate MS Office package skills.
- Previous IDS and/or SAP and/or Magix experience
