About the role

As the Network Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategies at both the dealer level and network-wide, ensuring that national policies and procedures are adhered to. This hands-on position requires you to lead the rollout of dealer refurbishments, onboard new dealerships, manage changes in dealership ownership, and ensure consistent delivery of results aligned with the business plan.

 

You will work collaboratively with key functions to ensure that both regional and dealer network performance contribute to financial and operational success. Additionally, you will manage communication and motivation across the network, driving product sales and positioning products to maximize market opportunities.

 

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Network Management: Oversee dealer refurbishments, manage dealer agreements, and ensure compliance with the Franchise Code of Conduct.
  • Dealer Performance & Sales Analysis: Support sales teams by monitoring dealer performance, refining business practices, and driving results across KPIs.
  • Strategic Development: Implement strategies to ensure network capacity aligns with new and aftersales business goals, analyzing market studies and dealer performance data.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with the dealer network, ensuring compliance with INZ policies and maintaining a high standard of dealer performance.
  • Customer Experience: Drive improvements in dealer CSI scores and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered across the network.

About you

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales or a related commercial discipline, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail automotive dealer operations.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or Sales (or related field).
  • Ability to analyze dealership financial statements and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
