About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Ownership Experience Manager to join our team in Auckland. This role is key to helping our dealer network grow, improve customer satisfaction, and meet financial targets across aftersales.

You’ll work with internal teams, OEMs, and dealers to:

• Boost parts and accessories sales
• Deliver on aftersales revenue and profit targets
• Improve customer service performance using NPS, SCR, and other key metrics
• Ensure training, processes, and customer experiences are top-notch
• Support dealer compliance and customer care — including escalated cases
• Drive cost savings and process improvements across the network

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in Aftersales, Dealer Operations, or Customer Experience
• Strong commercial thinking and financial acumen
• Great communication and leadership skills
• A passion for delivering great customer outcomes
• Ability to build strong relationships with dealers, OEMs, and internal teams
