You'll work closely with our Authorized Dealer Network, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

About the Role

In this Project Support role, you'll provide administrative support, resolve customer cases, process claims, and maintain accurate records. This position is perfect for someone with automotive industry experience who is focused on delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, claims, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and dealers to resolve service and warranty issues.
  • Track warranty loan cars and support vehicle logistics.
  • Manage escalations related to service, warranty, and claims.
  • Communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.

About You

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and enterprise software (SAP).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Automotive aftersales or customer service experience (desirable).
