As Retail Client Experience Specialist, you play a key role in delivering the modern luxury experience of the Jaguar Land Rover brands while ensuring that client interactions meet the highest standards of service.

 

Acting as the first point of contact, you will ensure every client enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and memorable luxury experience from the moment they enter the showroom. Working closely with sales, service, and marketing teams, you will help bring Inchcape’s Client First Culture to life and play a key role in shaping exceptional client journeys across all touchpoints.

 

What you’ll do

 

Client Experience & Front-of-House

  • Be the first point of contact, creating a warm, professional, and welcoming luxury experience
  • Ensure every client journey is seamless, personalised, and memorable
  • Direct clients efficiently to the right specialist based on their needs

 

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage all incoming enquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) with care and accuracy
  • Maintain high-quality client data to support personalised engagement
  • Proactively follow up with clients to strengthen relationships and increase satisfaction

 

Showroom & Operational Excellence

  • Oversee front desk and day-to-day showroom operations
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage orders and invoicing
  • Support smooth showroom flow and presentation at all times

 

Collaboration & Engagement

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent client experience
  • Support events, launches, and engagement initiatives alongside the Customer Experience Manager
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve the retail experience

 

About you

 

Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years’ experience in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, or guest services
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities

  • Confident, professional communicator who builds trust easily with diverse clients
  • Skilled at creating long-lasting client relationships

  • Calm and effective in resolving issues and handling client needs

 

Additional Experience, Skills and / or interests

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driving licence and confidence in driving vehicles
  • Interest or experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, or newsletters is a strong plus
