Our Enterprise Resource Planning platform is seeking a FINANCIAL SYSTEMS L2 ANALYST to join our team in Colombia. In this position, you will seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Blackline Administrator to join our IT team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimisation of our already implemented global Blackline platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, and regional stakeholders to ensure that the Blackline system continues to support and enhance business processes across our global footprint.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Blackline platform, managing day-to-day system configuration and support.
  • Maintain and enforce global design standards while supporting region-specific needs within the established framework.
  • Act as the first line of support for Blackline-related issues, escalating to the vendor, or internal global product managers and technical teams as necessary.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in alignment with security policies and global design
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and integration points with ERP and other third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Support testing and deployment of system updates, integrations, and configuration changes.
  • Deliver training and support to end-users to drive adoption and compliance.
  • Collaborate with global procurement teams to ensure consistent and efficient use of Blackline functionalities, including tasks, reconciliations, journals and matching

 

About you

 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Blackline, preferably in a global organisation
  • 1+ years of SAP FICO ERP experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Blackline modules including tasks, reconciliations, journals and matching
  • Experience working within an established global Blackline design or template.
  • Proficiency in managing user roles, integrations, and approval workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system and integration issues with a structured problem-solving approach.
  • Knowledge of finance business processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation abilities.
  • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-focused environment.
