Job Summary:


The Finance reporting analyst is responsible to execute the accounting processes for the generation of the Financial reports in compliance with the globally established policies and standard procedures, coordination with information providers to achieve the agreed quality and times; as well as the analysis of the financial data to assess their reasonableness in collaboration with In-Market financial leaderships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform analysis of balance sheet/Profit&loss accounts ensuring accounts are accurate, any suspicious transaction must be investigated and raised accordingly
  • Maintain and ensure accurate financial records in alignment with global accounting practices.
  • Execute period end accounting activities following procedures and guidelines, ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance with financial regulations, guarantee period is closed according the timetable
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline to allow markets review and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Support audits (internal and external) by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline month-end closing and reporting processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate Group reporting , in line with established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across different entities and business units. 
  • Support various projects related to efficiency, controls, transformation, metrices and governance within Finance function


What We’re Looking For

 

 Education & Experience

 

  • 4+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, or a senior financial operations role.
  • Proven track record of leading complex general ledger activities and financial reporting functions.
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced financial reporting tools.
  • Deep understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and financial reporting processes.

Skills & Attributes

 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines, particularly during month-end and year-end close.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools, including financial modeling, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvements and efficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a multi-national or global business environment.
  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., RPA) or experience with advanced GL-related software.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and best practices in general ledger management.
