We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive Fleet Sales specialist to join our retail team based at Keystar Rothwell. The role is responsible for initiating new local Fleet business to the Keystar dealerships from surrounding suburbs. You'll be working closely with the GM and the central Fleet team to identify potential customers, work through the sales process to completion and own the Fleet market in your area.
What’s the Opportunity?
Keystar Rothwell are looking for an experienced Fleet & Corporate Sales Manager to join their team.
Your duties are as followed but are not limited to:
- Be responsible for the development and coaching of your team by:
- Ensuring your team have the right measurable objectives that guide their performance
- Conducting quarterly development discussions with each of your staff, helping them to identify growth opportunities, and supporting them in delivery
- Monitor, manage, and motivate your team on their achievement to performance expectations
- Ensure your team are always held accountable and supported by you for delivery of the core requirements of their role within agreed processes
- Lead prospecting into FMO and Corporate businesses, resulting in the acquisition of new accounts which yield high value benefit to the business through sustainable and long-term partnerships
- Daily management of all FMO & Corporate clients requests including pricing and quote’s, online order acceptance
- Ensure Legally Compliant Business Practice
- Follow effective Diary Management (management of leads and follow up)
About You:
- Proven track record in driving culture, process and behaviour change to improve business performance
- Proven track record in driving culture, process and behaviour change to improve business performance
- Superior attention to detail, organisational and delegation skills
- Demonstrated experience in building sustained relationships with FMO’s to improve business performance
- Experience within Fleet Sales
- Sales experience within the Brand of vehicle Keystar offers (desired not essential)
- Portfolio of Fleet and Corporate clients that could be prospected (desired not essential)
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the competitive landscape in Fleet and Corporate (desired not essential)
- Current and unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
- QLD Sales License
- Weekend work may be required, from time to time
- Working outside of the dealership in different sites
- Travel to locations outside of dealership to deliver / pick up vehicles
