We are looking for a Governance Engineer who will ensure strong IT governance, process maturity, and service quality within IT Operations. This role is responsible for defining, executing, monitoring, and auditing ITSM processes to ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, global standards, and ITIL best practices. Working closely with operational and global service management teams, the role supports risk management, service assurance, and continual service improvement across the organization.
What you’ll do
- Define, execute, and audit ITSM governance processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL and global standards
- Monitor and manage SLA, OLA, and KPI compliance, including service performance trends and escalations
- Conduct process maturity assessments, audits, and internal reviews, maintaining action plans and follow‑ups
- Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management execution and governance
- Analyze operational data and trends using ITSM tools to produce management and executive reports
- Maintain and govern ITSM documentation, service catalog, SLA portfolio, and process definitions
- Support service resilience initiatives including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP)
About you
- Experience in IT governance, ITSM, or service management roles within IT Operations
- Solid knowledge of ITIL (v3 or v4) and ITSM process frameworks
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine or similar platforms)
- Experience conducting audits, managing evidence, and supporting compliance activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a process-driven environment
