Toyota Hellas is seeking for a Customer Communication Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures customer contacts are handled promptly and efficiently in line with company policies and service standards
  • Monitor open cases and follow up with internal departments/retailers to ensure timely resolution and proactive customer updates
  • Aims to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to maintaining a strong brand reputation
  • Escalates serious customer cases directly when necessary
  • Log all customer data and case information and properly within the CRM system
  • Identify recurring issues or trends and provide feedback to management for process improvement

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent command of English and Greek languages
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data protection practices will be considered a plus
