Our Customer Experience Team is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece, focusing on building the data, processes, and cross-functional enablers required to strengthen customer retention across Toyota and Lexus. 

What You'll Do:

  • Drive customer retention and loyalty programs across Sales and Aftersales using data‑driven insights.
  • Translate customer, AFS and Connected Services data into targeted lifecycle actions that increase engagement, repurchase and product adoption.
  • Own Connected Services lifecycle performance end‑to‑end (activation, usage, renewals, upsell/cross‑sell).
  • Build and maintain a strong data foundation linking CRM, AFS, Connected Services and behavioural insights to support CLV strategies.
  • Identify customer triggers, behavioural patterns and retention risks, and design journeys that maximise feature adoption and value realisation.
  • Partner closely with CX, CRM/Data, Digital, AFS and Product teams to enable data flows, dashboards, segmentation and smooth execution.
  • Support the AFS Lead Factory by optimising lead follow‑up, conversion and financial product uptake.

About you:

  • 2-5 years of experience in similar role
    Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM, lifecycle metrics, and customer data models.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional projects.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to design customer journeys and identify retention triggers.
  • Understanding of financial services, subscription services, and customer lifecycle dynamics.
