Toyota Hellas is seeking for a District Manager
Key responsibilities
- Works with the Toyota authorized network to implement improvements and deliver agreed sales targets.
- Works in an advisory capacity to optimize Dealer’s used car stock volume and brand mix as well as processes and KPIs
- Actively contributes to UC Sales Volumes Targets by promoting Toyota UC Business on other key customers in his area
- Promotes and monitors Dealer engagement with the B2B centralized auctioning channel while transfering feedback and/or opportunities.
- Ensures network’s operation in accordance with the Toyota Approved Used Guidelines and NMSC directives & IT Systems.
- Supports the Toyota authorized network with guidance and training to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Monitors performance of centralized services vs actual UC sales and takes actions to maximize performance.
- Produces monthly reports on key KPIs to drive business decisions.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of proven experience in sales roles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Strong quantitative and analytical competencies
- Advanced problem-solving & communication skills
