ΤOYOTA Hellas is currently seeking a Fleet Sales Key Account Specialist to join our Fleet Sales team.
Key accountabilities:
- Manages the centralized fleet sales activities for accounts assigned while streamlining the process and improving efficiency
- Ensures delivery of the monthly fleet invoicing targets
- Manages end to end the administration of existing and new orders regarding pre-sales, key accounts, special deals etc.
- Monitors customs clearance process and collaborates with the Logistics department for vehicle registration procedures, where necessary
- Assists on the development of KPIs reports to support management with data
- Acts as point of contact for the Toyota dealers network and supports with processes, commercial policy implementation, order management, Rent A Car sales administration, vehicle registration etc
- Participates in fleet sales projects (End of Series, product changes, test drives, corporate events etc)
Qualifications
- Up to 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Support roles - working experience in the automotive industry will be considered as a plus
- Fluent in English language
- Knowledge of MS Office tools and advanced digital skills
- Results driven
- Advanced communication & negotiation skills
