In this position, you will be responsible for building and executing the sales strategy for both retail and fleet customers. You will play a pivotal role in market development, dealership network growth, B2B partnerships and overall sales performance in Greece. 

What You'll Do:

Sales Strategy and Market Development

  • Develop and implement Sales strategies to meet company objectives for vehicle sales (Retail and Fleet).
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to position the brand effectively in Greece.

Fleet and B2B Sales

  • Identify and develop relationships with key fleet customers (corporate clients, leasing companies, rental agencies, government bodies).
  • Design and negotiate tailored fleet solutions, including pricing, financing, after-sales support and service contracts.
  • Manage tender participation and build long-term B2B partnerships.

Network Development

  • Collaborate with the Network Development Team to appoint and support retail dealers and service partners.
  • Set Sales targets and KPIs for dealer performance ensuring alignment with OEM standards.

Launch Execution and Brand Representation

  • Contribute to product launch planning, pricing, positioning and promotional activities.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows and with key business stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Coordinate to ensure smooth Sales operations.
  • Potentially lead and build a local Sales Team as operations grow.

About You: 
To be successful in this role you would need:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in automotive Sales with a strong background in Fleet/B2B Sales
  • Experience working with or for an automotive OEM, distributor or major dealership group
  • Familiarity with Greek Fleet procurement processes, leasing models and B2B partnerships
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong understanding of electrification trends, EV incentives and mobility services is a plus
