Toyota Hellas is seeking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating with various cross-functional teams and 3rd parties to ensure successful project delivery.
Key accountabilities:
- Lead & deliver projects related to Business applications by capitalizing technical & business understanding
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals
- Define project scope, schedule and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project success
- Track project deliverables and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including project team members, executives, and clients
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects project progress and status
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress using appropriate tools, making adjustments as needed to ensure project success
- Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and resolving conflicts
- Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Ensure that best practices are followed during system integrations in the context of new projects implementations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ERP and Back Office project deployments including experience across the full lifecycle of projects
- Fluent in English language
- Strong experience in managing projects from initiation to closure, including scope definition, planning and resource allocation
- Familiarity with both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional Waterfall methodologies to adapt to different project needs.
- Proficient in managing and communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Good knowledge or previous experience in SAP implementations.
- Deep understanding of business processes across different domains (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR) to align SAP and other systems with business needs
- Ability to lead and manage testing phases (system integration testing, user acceptance testing) to ensure the success of system integrations
- Solid IT technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in software and web technologies, programming languages as well as cloud enterprise architectures
- Experience of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) solutions delivery will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations (REST, SOAP) and understanding of data exchange formats such as XML, JSON
- Proficient in project management software and tools (such as JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet)
- Expertise in data migration strategies, tools, and techniques to transfer data between systems seamlessly
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and quality
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- PMP or Prince2 certification will be considered a plus
- Fluent in English language
