Toyota Hellas is seeking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating with various cross-functional teams and 3rd parties to ensure successful project delivery.

Key accountabilities:

• Lead & deliver projects related to Business applications by capitalizing technical & business understanding
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals
• Define project scope, schedule and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project success
• Track project deliverables and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including project team members, executives, and clients
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects project progress and status
• Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress using appropriate tools, making adjustments as needed to ensure project success
• Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and resolving conflicts
• Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
• Ensure that best practices are followed during system integrations in the context of new projects implementations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ERP and Back Office project deployments including experience across the full lifecycle of projects
• Fluent in English language
• Strong experience in managing projects from initiation to closure, including scope definition, planning and resource allocation
• Familiarity with both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional Waterfall methodologies to adapt to different project needs.
• Proficient in managing and communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Good knowledge or previous experience in SAP implementations.
• Deep understanding of business processes across different domains (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR) to align SAP and other systems with business needs
• Ability to lead and manage testing phases (system integration testing, user acceptance testing) to ensure the success of system integrations
• Solid IT technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in software and web technologies, programming languages as well as cloud enterprise architectures
• Experience of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) solutions delivery will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations (REST, SOAP) and understanding of data exchange formats such as XML, JSON
• Proficient in project management software and tools (such as JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet)
• Expertise in data migration strategies, tools, and techniques to transfer data between systems seamlessly
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and quality
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• PMP or Prince2 certification will be considered a plus
• Fluent in English language
