Toyota Hellas is seeking for a People Business Partner, to act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to designated business units as well as drive HR initiatives aligned with Inchcape values and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers to understand business needs and provide guidance.
- Support organizational development, workforce planning and change management initiatives.
- Drive talent management activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and development planning.
- Foster a high-performance culture by promoting employee engagement and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports related to talent acquisition, engagement, performance and other HR functions under scope.
- Organize, implement, and support innovative training and development initiatives to upskill employees and foster career growth.
- Manage employer branding activities to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Develop internal communication plans to promote transparency, cultural alignment and information flow across organization.
- Collaborate to implement and promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs aligned with Inchcape sustainability and social impact goals.
Qualifications
- BSc and/or MSc/MBA on Human Resources Management or related field
- 3-5 years of working experience in HR, preferably in a Generalist position
- Good knowledge of Greek labor law
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well developed organization skills
- Adept in creative problem solving
- Good analytical skills
- Team spirit
- Fluency in English
