Toyota Hellas is seeking for a Retail Facilities Coordinator who will contribute in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of retail facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations, including scheduling and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure the facility is well-maintained and operational.
- Coordinate with external service providers for services such as cleaning, security, and repairs, ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in preparing and managing the facility's budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Support in optimizing space usage and coordinating reconfigurations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, vendor contracts, utilities consumptions and expenditures and prepare relevant repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to liaise with staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- Knowledge of building systems and familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient technologies is an asset
