SALES PLANNING ASSISTANT

Our Toyota Customer Experience team is seeking a Sales Planning Assistants to join our team in our headquarters in Athens, Greece. 

What You'll Do:

• Support the monthly production and sales planning processes to secure agreed stock levels per model, using sales forecasting systems and available planning tools
• Assist in the collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams by providing data analysis and reporting to support demand forecasts and availability timelines for Toyota & Lexus retail network
• Monitor product structure updates (model line-up, equipment changes, etc.) and supports order readiness processes
• Prepare regular reports, tracking KPIs and basic forecast deviations, contributing to analysis and improvement actions
• Ensure planning processes are followed according to agreed standards and supports continuous improvement initiatives 

About you

• up to 2 years of experience in sales planning, supply chain, demand planning, reporting or data analysis roles
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a structured, time sensitive environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus
