Our IT Team is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this position you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to our clients within Greece. The role ensures that all service level agreements (SLAs) and IT services security compliance are met, client satisfaction is maintained and continuous improvement processes are implemented. You will be supporting the delivery of a programme of Application and infrastructure-related projects according to the Global Inchcape strategy and ensure that the Regional IT agenda is delivered in the market.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary local IT contact and escalation point for all IT service issues within the market.
- Ensure consistent delivery against SLAs, KPIs and ITSM processes across internal teams and external service providers.
- Build strong partnerships with local business stakeholders to align IT Services with business needs.
- Own and manage relationships with IT suppliers, including cost control, invoice review, issue escalation and service performance; solving open Incidents and complete Service Requests according to Inchcape's policies and procedures.
- Lead country-level compliance activities (MCF, GDPR, IT Security) and support IT audit reviews.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global infrastructure and security teams to ensure alignment with security, compliance and operational frameworks.
- Partner with the Regional Head of Service Delivery to implement service management frameworks and governance controls (i.e. NIST, ITGC, MCF).
- Support planning and control of the local IT Service Delivery budget (Opex and Capex), as required.
- Manage the transition of IT projects into BAU operations, ensuring appropriate support models are in place.
- Maintain up-to-date local IT service documentation (policies, procedures, user manuals, FAQs).
- Ensure effective Business Continuity Plans (DRP, Backup, CMDB, etc.) are implemented for IT services.
- Drive standardisation and synergies across applications and infrastructure at a regional and global level.
- Actively participate in Regional and Global IT collaboration and initiatives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and provide functional leadership to local Help Desk resources (dotted-line management).
About You:
- 10+ years of experience in Service Delivery and/or IT Operations Management
- Knowledge of ITIL or other Service Management Framework will be considered a plus
- Experience in the Automotive industry is desirable, but not essential
- Strong track record managing end-to-end Service Delivery, including third-party IT suppliers
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and enterprise IT environments
- Proven responsibility for IT Security, Governance and Compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
- Self-driven and proactive, able to define and deliver initiatives with minimal supervision
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
